Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time and No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Participants arriving more than 20 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.Refunds are subject to deduction of any payment processing fees and administrative costs. In the event that we determine that providing services is difficult due to inclement weather causing public transportation to be suspended or commercial facilities to be closed, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
Product Purchases & Liability
All purchasing decisions are made solely by the guest.
mizane studio does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, quality, availability, or future value of any products purchased during the experience.
Guests are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. All sales are final and subject to the return, exchange, and warranty policies of each individual store.
mizane studio shall not be held liable for any disputes, defects, sizing issues, authenticity claims, loss, theft, damage, or dissatisfaction relating to purchased items.
Personal Responsibility
Participants aresolely responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during the experience.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, mizane studio shall not be liable for loss, theft, accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during or after the tour.
Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Illegal Activities
Any behavior that violates local laws or disrupts public order will result in immediate termination of the tour without refund. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or illegal acts during our curated experiences.
Photo & Video Usage
Some photos and videos captured during the experience may be used to document and share the atmosphere of our sessions. Images where participants cannot be easily identified, including silhouettes, back views, and details, may be used without additional consent. Any clearly identifiable portraits will only be published with prior approval.
All photos, videos, and content created by mizane studio remain the property of mizane studio unless otherwise agreed.
Highlight Video Disclaimer
Highlight videos are provided as a complimentary part of the experience and are intended to capture memorable moments of the session.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, weather conditions, store policies, or other factors beyond our control, photos or videos may not always be available or may vary in quantity and content.
The inability to provide photos or highlight videos shall not be considered a failure of the service and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Governing Law
These Terms and Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
