Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time and No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds are subject to deduction of any payment processing fees and administrative costs. In the event that we determine that providing services is difficult due to inclement weather causing public transportation to be suspended or commercial facilities to be closed, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
